In order to comply with Federal Law (Safe Intersections Act), PSE911, LLC is required to obtain authorization on all purchases of Traffic Preemption Devices, all Red & Blue lighting and siren units. 

You may place your order through our website, fax or over the phone, however your order will be held until authorization is verified (usually 1 business day).

 Authorization Letters may be faxed to 1 (888) 262-1123 or emailed to: [email protected], please do NOT mail Authorization Letters

Police/Fire/EMS/Rescue Department: The Authorization Letter must be on Department Letterhead and authorize the purchaser(s) by Name and Shipping Address. The Letter must be signed by a Chief, Deputy Chief, and Assistant Chief. If this an out of pocket purchase then you must scan and email us a clear copy of your department issued ID, along with the main number to your HR Department. In the event of an Unverifiable Verification your credit card will be refunded the purchased request less credit card processing fee’s.

Federal/State/Local Government: The Authorization Letter must be on Government Letterhead and authorize the purchaser(s) by Name and Shipping Address. The Letter must be signed by a Mayor, Deputy Mayor, City Council Member and/or another authorized Government Official. If this an out of pocket purchase then you must scan and email us a clear copy of your department issued ID, along with the main number to your HR Department. In the event of an Unverifiable Verification your credit card will be refunded the purchased request less credit card processing fee’s.

 Reseller/Installers: The Authorization Letter must be on Company Letterhead and state that the Preemption Devices are for Resale to Authorized Users and authorize the purchaser(s) by Name and Shipping Address. The Letter must be signed by a Owner, Manager, Purchasing Agent, or other Authorized Company Representative.

DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD BY PSE911 GROUP, YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS TO PURCHASE FIRE, EMS OR POLICE PRODUCTS:

(1) You must be 18 years of age,
(2) you must be a member of an authorized Law Enforcement, Fire Services or Government Agency, and,
(3) you must be able to provide proper identification upon request.
